MYDALA deduction is cheating from VODAFONE

I am using 3G data plan, but all suddenly I got a message at 9:36AM 29-Sep-2014 from DM-MYDALA. Then I checked my balance had been deducted by Rs99. I didn’t activate it either by USSD or SMS. I called the Vodafone customer care. But they told I had activated from my end. They told I might have activated it by clicking any AD pop-up while browsing internet.
I don’t remember if had clicked any pop-up ad in internet by mistake. But how come they deduct my balance without my concern. This is cheating to consumers by MYDALA and VODAFONE.

The more MYDALA fraud, the more disconnection from VODAFONE.

    Vodafone India resolved the issue of mine.
    I posted the complaing in their facebook account. They responded my query and returned back the money. However they advised me to not to click on the pop-ups while browsing using Vodafone gprs/3g.
    My sincere thanks to Vodafone.

    I am using 3G data plan, but all suddenly I got a message at 10:39AM 14-Dec-2014 from DM-MYDALA. Then I checked my balance had been deducted by Rs49. I didn’t activate it either by USSD or SMS. I called the Vodafone customer care. But they told I had activated from my end. They told I might have activated it by clicking any AD pop-up while browsing internet.
    I don’t remember if had clicked any pop-up ad in internet by mistake. But how come they deduct my balance without my concern. This is cheating to consumers by MYDALA and VODAFONE.

    Correction Rs. 49 has been deduted instead of Rs 99 and by mistake i mentioned wrong amount in my last post.

    I AM USING VODAFONE 3 G NET ON 30 NOV 14 SUDDENLY I GOT A SMS AND NEXT MONTH BILL ADD 99 FROM VODAFONE
    WHEN I CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE THEY TOLD ME YOU ARE CLICK ANY ADVERTISING SITE ARE DAIL ANY NUMBERS AND IT WILL BE PAID BY ME
    AND ALSO CHARGES WAP WILLA 99
    TOTAL CHARGES 376
    THAT IS TOTALLY UN LEGAL VODAFONE IS VERY FRAUD COMPANY THEY ARE NOT AGREE
    IT IS VODAFONE AND MY DALA BOTH ARE INVOLVED THIER
    I REQUEST YOU DON’T USES VODAFONE

    Hi, I’ve recently came to know Vodafone have added an extra amount on my bill of Novembe’14 i.e. 198 rupees. When I called there they said you’ve clicked on my dala services however I don’t remember clicking on such pop ups neither I got any message. Please can you tell me how can I get my money back or register complaint against them.

    I received a message saying that 99 rupees has been deducted from my main balance. I tried to call the phone number provided in the message several times but it was engaged each time.
    Can someone please post the link of Vodafone’s official account on Facebook.

    Cheating Rd.39/ today by forcibly deducting in the name of mydala which is actually Vodafone’s marshals.

    My balance had been deducted all of a sudden when i got an sms from Mydala
    Without activating either by USSD . So pls return my balance immediatly….

    The same thing happened with me. When I was sleeping last night, they deducted money from my account.

    Now, I’m leaving Vodafone. Going for MNP.

    Same thing happened to me this evening. Vodafone care is not able to say anything about that. This is really disgusting

    Complain about the billing including the the unknown charges of 99 Rs for data service “d2c_mydala_99”. When i want to verify this with the customer care they say i had acknowledge some popup while browsing the internet. I am sure of not clicking any popup in the internet/browser for enabling this. This is really disappoint of using the Vodafone connection. Same problem had happened to many vodafone customers. I had received the message without any acknowledge or clicking any pop up and the details of the message received is “Dear Customer, your voucher no for WIN 5N/6D Thailand Holiday Package Bid Deal for Rs 99 is ***************.Your total bids purchases so far are 99. You either win or get 100% money back in points. Total vouchers valid till 2015.02.17 are 99. Call at 011-43444498 for more details”. Enjoy the deal”.

    I am using Vodafone 3g service and it deduct my 39 rupees because if some mydala offer. They are always deduct such kind of balance and cheat their customers.

    Recently I got a pop-up to state that u will b charged RS 30 a month for mydala. So text 1 to accept or press cancel. I pressed cancel bcoz I don’t want to get any such services activated at any cost but pop-up shows only 2 buttons: send & cancel. Even if I press cancel , it doesn’t stop itself. So kindly suggest what should I do to this fraudulent service asap
