Hi! I am user of Vodafone from last 15 years. Mobile no is 9811078742. In my last bill for march 2015, I have been charged with Rs 114 under the heading of downloads. When I called customer care they told me that it’s been charged for visiting a paid website named mydala. I have never heard of this website and I have never been to this website. But vodafone is not ready to listen. I have been a genuine customer of vodafone and I do not expect this kind of treatment from them. I have seen lot of complaints online for this same matter against Vodafone. I expect that vodafone will reverse my charges if they want to save their dedicated old customer.
