My Virtual Plaza: A fraud company. Micromax Canvas 2 A110(White) not delivered

Hi,

I’ve ordered a micromax canvas 2 A110(White) order no. MVP0025763 online on my virtual plaza and paid an amount of Rs. 9979 through my credit card. And it was promised that mobile will be delivered in 7 days.
But till date the status order just reflects as “Order in progress” for my order.
There customer care is always busy. And they don;t even bother to reply mails. I wrote many mails to these email ID:

It is pretty much clear that My Virtual Plaza is a fraud company and they are just cheating people. There has been more then 100’s of complaints on net for thsi firm, which comes upto a total of more than 10 Lacs.

They are just shameless crooks and now i’m going to file a FIR under cyber crime and also in consumer court and will sue them for a heavy compensation.

Thanks Ravindranath, Sajid and Rupesh for not replying to my mails and finally provoking me to take a illegal against you people for such unprofessional and irresponsible behaviour. I’ll make sure that you people pay for your crime and you guys are put behind the bars.

I’ve all the mail communication copies with me, Online Invoice Recipt and 100’s of unattended call records for nos. (Telephone: 040 – 23562071 Mobile: +91- 9701123667) that i’ve tried making to reach your customer care which clearly reflects you are running a fraud website for looting people and gaining their hard earned. And even till the date you people have not made this mobile as OUT OF STOCK on your website.

Ravindranath, Sajid and Rupesh are the three poeple that looks like the master mind behind this fraud firm. Thanks a lot for making me and everyone a fool. Good job done.

It is my suggestion to everyone, please go through the revies for this firm, as they are just looting inncoent people’s money.

    The order MVP0017428 is in proces.
    If you find any discrepancy in the displayed information please contact us on [email protected] i. I paid 9800.00/- by credit card. When I tried to call their customer care and that Rupesh and Sajid they are also not responding, I have been trying to reach their customer care on the following numbers 04065656560, 04023562071, 09492571156, 09676499664) but no one ever takes the call. I really worried about my money. I have gone through the all reviews posted on this site and it gave me some relief that at least people are getting this product after long delay.
    I don’t have resistances to wait after 20 days of order date. If I don’t get my product or refund then I will place complaint to the Police.
    Hope concern people are reading this and taking necessary actions soon.

    I was also victim by this site as i don’t get my order but i had start taking some action and I got my money refunded…

    If you don’t get money or product PLEASE complain in consumer court/cyber crime branch/nearest police station.

    I also ordered Micromax A110 Canvas 2 mobile from virtual plaza on January 21 2013 and today is 13 February 2013. My order number is MVP0019597. I already paid them via SBI net banking but they did not send anything. I mailed them plenty of time i made many phone calls but either the number is busy or they are not taking phones. Even some numbers are switched off. At the first i was expecting that they don’t have the mobile in the stock and they will send the mobile after some days later but it is 22 days and i haven’t received anything yet. Now i know that they are fraud and they are not going to send me the product that i have purchased. Today I make a call to my advocate and consult with him that what can we do for it. He said that you have to first send a advocate notice and then you will be able to submit a case to consumer court. He said me that the consumer court always helps consumer and don’t you worry you will get your product and money too.
    All Guys who are facing this problem, don’t wait for your product because i am the victm and i know that they are not going to do anything. Talk today with your advocate and take a strict leagal action against them.
    Let’s Teach them a lesson….

  4. ordered the Micromax A110 on 31/01/2013 OrderNo – MVP0025186 . I paid the money using Debit card. As per the guidelines the order should be delivered within 6-7 days but it’s been more than 17 days now. I wrote so many times to the same email addresses and dialed there customer care numbers Telephone: 040 – 23562071 Mobile: +91- 9701123667 but no response. If they are not fraud then why don’t they respond to the customers? if can’t pay money back or delivered the order i registered the compaint in consumer court.     i paid in full to MVP (MVP0030436) for Micromax A116 and now they are not replying their phone nos are switched off their according to me we all must get together to get our money i’ve how we can get our money back but i’ll need you all to be with me EBS is payment gateway threw we pay our amounts to MVP and all payment Integrators Must have PAN Card Detail of all merchants we can get actual detail and person from them and lets raise a complaint against them to IT Minister, Commissioners (Crime Branch) of our companies and lets make a mail against them to our Indian Govt also.

    and even if EBS(ebs.in) is accepting our payment its same like we hire a person to get a product in our local market and he/she get paid for responsive role for both end Merchant and end customers WE ALL.

    so lets ask them also and check how responsive person they are.

    My name is Adv. Jenal Busa, and I have dealt with a lot of cyber crime complaints. There are two options avauilable to you people apart from making a police complaint. As the police is least concerned with cyber crime cases, so most of the time, you will have to pursue your case in court. There are two legal options for filing a private complaint.     Dear Micromax I bought a Micromax mobile model no. A-250 MICROMAX CANVAS TURBO. After few months the mobile started problems. I went to Micromax Service Centre E-84, Krishna Market, Lajpat Nagar- II, New Delhi, Near Kangra Sweets, Main Road, Lajpat Nagar I-New Delhi Tel No.+(91)-11-41314151, +(91)-9990116304 on 8.09.2014 and they took my mobile with one photocopy of invoice for repair/replacement and asked me to come after a week vide with Customer Job Card No-N03075609141202800 IMEI/ESN no-911334750746001/911334750950009. dated 8.09.2013. Still the Mobile is not Hanover. After 15 days I went there 2 times, but the result was the same .I have sent so many mails Micromax,Consumer court forum and so many talk with Service center/customer care. But no reply from customer care & Service Center. After that I visited there every week and got the same answer. After a day I again went the service centre he say Microamax have no parts of your mobile if he will send this parts then i will provide you and my reply is if your Micromax not send this parts you will take much and more time he say yes one person was dealing with the complaints. He was very rude and misbehaved and refused to help me out. It has taken more than One months 3 day. Still I am wandering. They never picked the number . Now I am depressed and frustrate with the dealing if u will not provide then i will move to other and i will do something .Otherwise i have to go to consumer court,and i will file a case against them.It is my humble request that kindly take necessary action at the earliest and reimburse my money as soon as possible.
