My tata docomo post paid sim is not activated

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

Hi this Chiranjeevi, I have taken tata docomo post paid on 20/12/2012 and paid 850 Rs as advance. They said that it will be activated within 5 days, but its been 20 days so far, they have not yet activated. can you please guide me what to do next.
