My Sim card services have been stopped. Also not able to contact customer care.

I am using the Reliance GSM number 8389812815. My sim card services have been stopped for unknown reasons. Also i am not able to contact the customer care regarding this. Because whenever i try to contact, it goes to the pre-recorded audio. Also i own a postpaid number (9832769103), even i am not able to call the customer care from postpaid.
I am also not able to get in touch with 198 customer care. I have been trying it for nearly 1 month.
This is my worst experience with Reliance. Yours is a worst customer service.
