my services has been suspended after submitting the docs many times

Location/place: Hyderabad

Name of company/service: idea cellular

he said documents are not submitted. but when i said to check the mail which they sent to mail then he said “yes mail is there containing doc are submitted”….after that he said to contact any outlet.

but i have submitted the doc so many times in nagarjuna circle, panjagutta, hyd….on june 14th i got the mail and call from nodal office regarding that i have submitted the docs and service has been reactivated.
