My refund is not done by Amazon

One day suddenly and SMS cones from Amazon that ur order is successfully placed on checking the samei found I have not placed any order same I informed amazon they confirmed.but still the parcel fellow came n told u have to receive this and than can be returned back so I gave the money n placed the return request .three days passes no one came to pick the parcel so I called amaxon call centre the representative told to return it myself to the place it came from I did the same .now amazon is telling there is no email attached to ur account so cannot refund I tried many times but the app didn’t allow me .and now my account is showing no order placed till date .this is cheating from Amazon.i gave them all the proof of receiving and order details still they are not returning my money .please take action against them
