My Recharge is laps BY tata sky

Name of company/service: TATA SKY / CABLE SERVICE

Dear Sir,

I have recharged Rs 310 of my tata *sky ID No. 1078839659 *on 12.6.12 by
your dealer.

I have received the SMS on my register mobile no. *( 9350797047) on 12.6.12
for successfully recharge of Rs 310 & bonus Rs15 .*

But on 15.06.12 you shown on set top box message that my account is nil on
17.6.12.

I make a complain to your customer care regarding the issue & complain no
. is *1-14834100213.*

Untill , 17.06.12 I have no call receive from your side regarding the
complain .

Now, On 17.06.12 TATA SKY associates Mr. Krishna said that your payment is reverse to tata sky dealer . I am surprised HOW it possible .
