My Product was delivered to Other Person on my AWB number by indaplaza.com

I S A Burney, a customer Indiaplaza.com. On word of mouth a month back I ordered CELESTRON 10X50 UP CLOSE PORRO BINOCULAR of worth Rs.2599/- with the order number (I15051204777) on 15th of may 2012, but Unfortunately I still dint received though it is showing DELVERED. Few days later when I saw that it has been delivered and the shocking thing was it was delivered to person name “ANVITHA” and no one in my home with this name. In no time I raised a ticket with no (PH1905120028) regarding my issue. Many times I called to your customer care discussing my problem but there was no positive solution.
When I contacted to BLUEDART personally I got to know that with this order no other product (Pack Of CD’S) got delivered on the name of “MASTER SRIVAN” and received by “ANVITHA” a resident of Hyderabad, and the same information I got from website people through call. All this happen because of auto generated tracking number and the orders got collided.Hence my product was not delivered.
