My product is not return

Name of company/service: VECV Pithampur

I send my aakash tablet 7C+, B-coz its not work sim card,Date on 21-june-2013, But they not call me again, When I call 50-100 time they receive my call And told i am sending your product in 4-5 days & again not receiving call This process is repeated on 1 month , I m send at Amritsar datatwing office, But there anybody can’t Propper responding, I want my money return Plz. Data wind company is not working properly, There customers also not work properly
