My order has not been delivered as shown in tracking order on official website of company

I have ordered a cushion and wooden key chain on 25 may 19 on Fnp.com and after then it’s showing me that my order will be delivered by 27 may19 at 12pm bt till now my order has not been delivered and it’s around 1800hrs please take strict action them so that they don’t make fake promises to anymore customer and no one else get harassed by them proofs are attached for ur assistance to take strict action against them
