My newly purchased data card (RelianceNet connect++) not yet activated

Hello,

I bought Reliance net connect++ data card on 17th Nov 2012. While purchasing the card,sales person assured me that, my card will get activate in 2hrs. But, that did not happen. I contacted many time with customer case service,but i see no solution for for them.Now its 5 days from the date of my purchase and yet my connection is not activated.
