My idea no. 9911977479 is out of service

Name of company/service: Idea Cellular

My prepaid Idea no. 9911977479 is out of service since night of 25.01.2013. I called Idea customer care many times today but they didn’t respond and my problem is still continue. I had a balance of around Rs. 200 but according to a customer care executive this balance is now just Rs. 4 though my no. is not in service. Presently,I don’t have another contact no., so I am suffering with severe difficulties in absence of mobile service.
