My electricity connection got disconnected before the disconnection date

Location/place: 33 D, D 4 block, Udyog Vihar, Noida, Sector 82

Name of company/service: Paschimanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited

Hi,

I am Subrata Pal resident of above mentioned location.

Below is the problems from that company:
1: According to the electric bill (for the period 16/05/2012 to 18/06/2012) the disconnection date is 02/07/2012 and due date is 25/06/2012 but surprisingly they (Dinesh from PVVNL, cell: 9899205280) have disconnected our electricity today (30/06/2012) without any notice.

Dinesh (from PVVNL) couldn’t able to show me proper disconnection date in his list.

Because of this I am suffering from other losses.

Request you to please have a look into this issue and do the needful.
