My coll rate is not working as the rule of STV.

Location/place: Nawanshahr,punjab.

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo(GSM)

Sir,i m use Tata Docomo networking.i was recharge my number 8699693901,by 25 STV,but my coll rate not working properly,the company dedect my some extra mony by my number,i was try to complain to customer care centre many time but they r not interested to talk with me ,they receve the phone and say to hold and then disconnect the phone.problem is that my complain is not regestered or only one time coll connect to the customer care center in a day.sir please help us.and give the better jistice to these company.
