This is to inform you that my Airtel prepaid no. 9852545454 automatically got deactivated which I am using from past 6 to 7 years.
On 20.09.2018 I received a message that my mobile no. has been ported to JIO Network and suddenly SIM network is lost. When I complained about the issue to JIO company they informed that it is not ported on my name. It means they have issued my SIM card to someone else stealing my identity.
I wish to inform that I was already using this number and it is registered with many dealers and customers since I m a business man. I am surprised to know that how someone else can port my number without my consent. The person who is now using my number may do frauds in my bank accounts and other things.This mobile number is registered with many other clients also and is very important for me.
When I lodged complaint with Airtel on the very next day they replied that they will resolve the issue within 72 hours which already lapsed and now they are ignoring my complaint. So please help me to get back my number activated.
