my 250 rs plan cancelled by a thier offer

Name of company/service: Tata docomo

I had purchased a 250 unlimited plan on 12 december but on the next date on 13 december tata docomo replace my 250 unlimited plan into 3g 3gb bundle and cancelled my previous 250 plan on the next day on 13 dec.First they said its a offer to all samsung tablet users with tata docomo sim ,and now they are saying its only for me,they are keep changing thier statement and its a complete cheating ,they first replaced my unlimited plan into limited and then they deduct my 235 rupees .     We called you on 9039243122 but the same was not reachable. We would like to inform you that as per the docket number PBR12160557 an amount of Rs. 235/- credited back to the account on 31-DEC-2012 as goodwill.
