munciple corporation does not solving water supply problem in 4 houses since last 4 months

Name of company/service: munciple corporation of ratlam

there are 14 water line connection in our line. out of which 4 houses are those in which, there is improper supply of water since last 4 months.we have complaint about it at ward parshad, munciple corporation and collector also. but still there is no solution of our request has been performed.
we are paying regularly water charges to munciple corporation, but not getting the water in return of that.
