   actually i also spend money to take mos utility franchise but after read all of the comments if mos wants to provide opportunity to earn itself or their customer why multilink provided these services free of cost because when customer earn the multilink automatically earn please tell me if i am saying wrong.

   1. Hello,
   There is some protocol every companies follow, so do we, and anyone who do not follow guidelines they do suffer, but it does not mean that they should abuse company for their own mistake. company manage the entire operation of customers but company can not do anything if that customer is unable to perform. Customer is King, and we also think in the same way, thats why we try to service our king as much as we can, but if that king is unable to grasp that service, then we can not anything in that matter. lodging complaint is very but understand the technicality of it is difficult, so please first interrogate the route cause of the problem and then take action.There should be proper hearing from both side, so that proper decision can be taken please Generate Ticket from Support System and get resolution without making calls .

   They wanted to fool the consumers just to get sale by hook or by crook. So if there is any positive feedback of the company please ignore it.
   It might be by the staff or by the management of the company itself. After getting money nobody co-operation all they want is money.

Malad West, Mumbai- 400064
   In order to settle my personal score with MOS Utility Private Limited (Multilink), I obtained MOS Utility Private Limited’s confidential data using wrong means.
   Further I sent false and fabricated email to MOS Utility Private Limited (Multilink)’s employee, distributors & agents (including you) to damage good will of MOS Utility Private Limited (Multilink).
   Now, I realized my mistake and I confirm that entire content of my communication in email or telephonic was wrong and fabricated, so I request you to kindly ignore the same. I herewith confirm that MOS Utility Private Limited (Multilink) is really good company and I respect it from bottom of my heart.

   Dear Sir,

   This is with regards to one YES Bank’s authorized money-transfer agency
   MOS Multilink.

   I am an agent under this company from Bangalore. I have applied for agency in the month month of January 2016 and paid Rs. 9000/- towards money transfer and IRCTC ticket booking. I got a temporary id for money transfer and started doingbusiness.
   On 3/4/2016 when i logged in my account i found Rs. 42,775/- has been
   removed from my account. As soon seeing this i called the distributor
   and informed him about this. I came to know that likewise amount has been
   looted from many other agents as well around Rs. 1,23,484/-. Pls find the
   attached screen shorts. Unable to understand who is thief. Whether the distributor or the company itself. Please be ware of this company.

    Keep your mouth shut Santosh, I came to know Multilink world is doing biggest scam since it’s beginning. You are defending Multilink because you’re working with this organization. You guys have no business ethics. Are you talking about Culprit? The main culprit is Multilink company and their board of directors who is actually uneducated with no experience in business industry. More than 1000+ complaints against your company but no resolution on it.

    Bhai kuchh samjh me nhi aata hai ki insan kare to kya kare kon sahi hai kon galat . Kya sab lutne me lage agar comapny lutne ke liye bani hai to ab koi fir krke band kyu nhi karwa diya taki aage se koi or na fase yaha par comments krke logo ko confuse kyu krte bhai. Koi kuchh start krna chahe to aap log jarur hajiri lagaye rhte ho is par consumerforums.in pata nhi chalta ye kon web page hai koi kuchh krne se pahle aap logo ki baate sunkar apna sar pitne lgta hai ki kya kare

    Third classs management
    : sugggest to distributors do not try to purchase agency bcoz services not good.
    once you pay no one will reply you properly , customer care not understand there own system how the can sort you issue. even manager not behave like manager .

    dont do single deal with these fraud people ….. they dont have capability to run such biggest company… your issue will pending you not ussing bad words .
