I am using airtel mobile service with the no. 9424880088, from march 2012, every time i have recharged my cellular account, a charge of Rs. 25 gets cut from my account under the name of Multi-content store charges. it has happened twice earlier with the amount of Rs. 25 and Rs. 80 and now to my surprise i have lost my balance of Rs. 230.40/- in one day. Everytime I am trying to reach airtel customer care, they say its under multi-content store charges, which they are also unable to give details about.
On searching the internet for the details, i found a lot of other people also facing the same problem with Airtel.
Kindly help me retain my balance and stop this harassing deduction created by this company to harass its customers.
