Too Much Delay of Transaction of Orders

Myself Subham Biswas. I am fed up with amazon.in Amazon sent me 2 same orders after I have paid twice I.e. The second time told me to review my order. But I lost my ₹793. Its not a joke. I called amazon several times. They told they will arrange pickup and refund the money. But nothing happened. I want consumer forum to take strict action. After all ₹793 is not a matter of game. And also 1 biology book I have ordered but the order through C.O.D. still didnt arrive. Amazon is just playing a bluff. Strict actions should be taken as soon as possible.
