MTS has sent a bill that a certain amount is pending from my end. I have a postpaid connection of MTS (MTS data card no 8648964221 and account no 6002460355). According to them an amount of Rs. 183 is due but I have already cleared the same. I have mailed customer care regarding this issue and also had a conversation over the telephone regarding the same. Unfortunately, the issue has not be solved and they keep telling me that I need to pay the pending amount. Kindly look into the same and revert as soon as possible.

We have successfully provided the waiver of Rs 160 on 21st May-16 .
