MTS poor service and false speed promise

I am Navin Dubey residing at andheri east mumbai. On 18th sep 2012 i enquired for a datacard through MTS India online service.They sent me an executive through their dealer “ConnectIndia Digital Pvt Ltd”.I was promised by the service provider and dealer that the usage is unlimited and speed is 3.2 mbps upto 12 gb of usage and card will get activated in next 24 hours.my work required internet connectivity everyday so i thought if it takes 24 hours to activate then i can manage.It took them 5 days to activate it and even after activation they have disconnected my line stating my i have used my “credit limit” which i was not made aware of and also its my postpaid connection so theres no question of any limit.The speed that i am getting at my office is below 50 kbps! i have incured business losses bacause of the connection.If i take any other service provider thay will take another week to start my connection,which will mean more loss to me.Customer service is pathetic and no action has been taken by them to resolve it.Please advice for action that i can take against them.My mts card no is 8433583233.
