Hi, This is to inform you that I am having a MTS Datacard (MTS No.8648842994) and I told them to disconnect the connection permanently in the month of July 2014 but they told that I was retained by retention team which is not at all true from any end and I didn’t knew about that also and I had to pay an amount of 2100 INR (approx) and told them to disconnect the same again but they didn’t did it and I have to pay again an amount of 874 INR as my data card was still active. Then I have mailed them formally 21 times even more than that and they told me that it takes 90 days to disconnect the datacard permanently and send me a bill of amount of 956 INR which I have not paid yet and I will not it any more as they are purpose fully not disconnecting it and charging the bill every month. I have not used the data card since July 2014 and I have already paid an amount of 3000 INR. Please help me out to sort out this issue and disconnect the same permanently.
