I have purchased MTS Mblaze ultra by paying 1000 as a upfront charge for getting a datacard and activation by Dec’2013. For the first 3 months it gave a good speed but from post April, the speed suddenly got decreased and thought i have utilized my Maximum limit, but the same continued for next month as well. i have registered a case of Case No: MAY/620 and MAY/3956. MTS people visited my area and said its a network issue , i will raise it with back end team, but still now nothing happened. I would like to file a complaint against MTS for not solving the issue.
Please note i do got a message saying complaint has been resolved. I don’t know how would they claim the issue is resolved with getting an acknowledgement from a customer.
