MTS Data Card Not Activated after 8 Days

Hello All,

This is the first time I am putting a complaint online after having really disappointingly pathetic experience with MTS.

I bought MTS MBlaze data card on Nov 12 and I was told that it will be activated in 1 or 2 days. So I deactivated the Tata Photon which I was using earlier. I paid 3000Rs advance as well for the payment of 3 months.

It’s been 6 working days today (8 days in total) and my card still is not activated. I called the executives who gave me this card (9035380059, 9035238216) more than 200 times but they are not picking my calls now. I have called nodal office on Friday, yesterday and today and every time I call nodal office, they tell me to wait another 48 hours and call them back. looks like it will take forever to get my data card activated.

This is so ridiculous and I have missed 2 important meetings because of this. I don’t have any evidence of their fake promises but I would like to take this complaint to Police or any other authority who can take action against them.

I am not sure how to proceed further but I really am in need of Internet as almost everyday I have late night meetings with US customers. Can someone please help me in logging an official complaint against MTS or speedup this process. I also sent 9 emails to Nodal office, customer care and CSD officer but I have not received any good response except one reply from Nodal office saying that they are looking into it.

Please help me to pursue this complain against MTS.
