MTNL Service is Very Poor in South Delhi

Dear Sir,
No body is here to take action for complaint in mtnl. I am a user of MTNL 3G in my area mtnl 3G and land line condition is too poor and also customer care quality. If you ask something for information always they don’t have. also dont have sense how to talk customers. All landline pols in my area are bad condition and no body is here to listen my voice. I belong to middle class family cannot afford costly internet mtnl plans are good but service are too bad.
