My name is Gaurav and my MTNL Consumer no is 2023123523. I am facing issue regarding the broadband that my modem adapter pin has broke and i want to get it replace. But instead of replacing that adaptor the Area Supervisor of Connaught Place, Delhi (SRIVASTAV MOB:9013139440) is asking for money to buy those things from market. If i am paying 50 RS extra on my monthly bill as maintenance and service charges to MTNL for the same thing then why would i pay extra money to these guys. I have talked with Area Manager PA but she is also not able to resolve it. I am facing this issue from 9th June. But the final reply i got from them that when they’ll have adaptor they will change it. I am fed up of this guy Srivastav(Area Supervisor C.P)and the services of MTNL.
