23-Oct-13 : Complained about network unavailability and requested to terminate the connection due to “bad service”. Request Id 210922803.
The agent confirmed that it will be processed within 15 days. My billing date is 25th of each month.

Few days later got a call from them and they arranged for a conversation with a tech-person to resolve the issue (even when the request for termination was in process). The call disconnected in between and there was no communication later.

Few more days later I tried the data card to check the connection, it was still working. I assumed that I will have to pay for the duration for which the connection was active, before becoming inactive. Then I stopped using the data card.

28-Nov-2013: I received the bill for the month with full amount (Rs 842)

I call there customer care (emailed also) and came to know that my connection is still not deactivated.

When asked why my connection is alive even more that a month after requesting to terminate it. Reason they told me as in there own word “you have told us that you want to continue our services”.

30-Nov-2013 : I raised a new request to terminate the connection. The agent confirmed that it will be disconnected within 15 days. When the agent wanted to know the reason for disconnecting then I told him to see the previous reason. Then there was another surprise. The reason entered there was not “their bad service” but it was that “I do not use the data so I want to disconnect”.

I requested to get a copy of the previous recorded conversations (disconnection request and the conversation in which they claim that I requested to retain the service) in many mail threads. They have replied a lot about other things but there is not even a single answer regarding the recordings till now. (I have requested again today).

I don’t know they are going to terminate the connection or not. But I feel robbed in a polite way after this incident. And I am sure they will charge the bill for at least the 15 days of the processing time.
