I did online purchase of Sony Xperia M from online merchandise www.dejavutrends.com. I placed the order of my device,on 5th March 2014, through my HDFC bank account with transaction reference number #305111338 and the money has been debited to the merchant’s account. But till date I have not received the product. My order number is #100015216. Kindly do the needful in this regard.
