Respected Sir/Madam,
This is the complain(67021435) regarding water purifier service.The water purifier has a leakage at the bottom ,so we cannot use it.The complain was given on 8th June.
I was told that I would get a call back within 24 hour.,but surprisingly I have received any call even after 72 hour.
The most saddest part is we do not have any alternative to filter water.Knowing that also they didn’t bother to call us. I have been following them over phone till date,still I have not got any response.
Please help us to resolve the issue.If they continue with their attitude ,then I am sure people cannot bear it any more
