HI all,
I booked movie tickets for 2nd Oct 2016 through Paytm on 28th Sep 2016. When I went to movie theatre with family the movie was changed 2 days back and tickets are also not confirmed for existing movie.
I have raised so many compliments through the paytm website, they didn’t respond and my money is not returned to me.
Even I have tried paytm customer care no to contact, there is no option to talk with them.
Please provide any suggestion or help to get my money back.
