I had renewed a motor insurance policy (VPC0468693000100)from Royal Sundaram on 22-09-2012 for my Car no. KA-01-MC-8756. The insurance cover note was given to me on payment of the amount requested by the insurance company.
After multiple follow ups, I finally go the policy issued to me on 16-01-2013, after a delay of 4 months. Alos the name mentioned in the policy is Prabhakar Naik (expired in 1989, my father. Apart from this the insurance company is claiming that there has been short payment of Rs. 530/-, a mistake committed by the insurance company, which they are claiming from me. I have been follwing with the company over phone and mail communication, but to no avail.
Request you to lodge a case against the company and get this sorted out along with a compensation of Rs. 10 lacs for the time wasted and agony caused to me.
