More price has been taken by me from market and MRP

i had purchased a hp430 laptop from vaishali infosolution pvt.ltd and by fraud he has taken more money from the market price in patna the price is 26300 and the and MRPis approx 29000 but he has taken 31000 from me and he has given me defected laptop and he has not given me proper service also. please give me justice for the same
