More charges for GPRS Idea net work in GOA and Maharastra area.

Name of company/service: Idea mobile net work post paiid

Dear Sir,
My mobile no..7774006269.
Ussage started on 18th Apr,2013.
First bill cycle is 17 th apr to 26 th apr’13 mid night.
This cylce bill has come without giving any inforamtion to me.
In this cycle i called customer service 4 days and finally i got GPRS actiivation on my mobile Check the last cycle bill.
Customer excutive said sorry only….result i lossed my free ussage 1.8gb for that cycle.
But your answer is sorry…if you want ,check my calls on your service for GPRS….
In this bill 27 th apr’13 to 26th may’13 i used extra 1.8gb gprs for that you people are charging RS 5,863 and 859 service charges.
If customer having mistake need to pay more than 6000 rupees but if mistakes are your side just sorry only.

…I received one message on 27th may’13 my ussage is 6752.82MB
(6.59gb)up to 23:59hrs of 26th may’13 But In my bill the ussage is showing 7178089.41kb that means nearly 6.8.gb…if customer is overlooked you people are charging what ever yyou want…..i can say i’m not a richest man. your ussage informmation is also , some time for 1day or 2days or 3,4days…
why your are not providing daily…In last may bill i received on 23rd may ussage is 3167 mb and next message 27th may’13 ussage is 6752mb…
where is genunity….
I have all the messages and if i’m checking in my data card it not comming maximum4gb how it is become 6.8gb i dont know your calculations…
Even though i’m not saying i wont pay for that extra 1.8gb, i can pay but normal rate like 600-800only and my i can pay my rental charges thats it.i cant pay8000rupees.
i’m a common man i can’t do any thing at least society should know the Idea serviice i had all the evidences.
how you kept My crediict limit is RS 19800.00 without my concern.by keeping long credict limits and giving high bills onlyy the job for Idea and I’m not the richest man to pay that, i can pay normal charges only

    What is correct, for extra 1.8gb charges are RS 5,700.
    Is it reseanable rates….
    In the same way i can’t use 1.8gb (which is free data) in the last cycle due unavailability of GPRS settings.after calling for 4days i got settings and i losed the 1.8gb free data for that you people said due to some technical issues not getting the settings.
    For my 1.8gb(last cycle 17th apr-26th apr’13)………cost is your answer is sorry …(mistake is your side)
    For extra ussage of 1.8gb( cycle 27th apr-26thmay’13)…..cost is 5.700rupees…(mistake is my side).
    I can pay basing on normal rates only that is 2gb hardly 600-800 thats it,

    Why you people are escaping from my problem….i send mail to apeal authority and ccare and 9822012345…still there is no answer you side ….just now icalled to customer care service she telling she dont know clear problem….in my last mail i had givven clear discription but she telling there is no clear mail.
    here also 2days back i received one mail after that there is no replyyyyyyyyyyyy
