Money was swipped from my card

Location/place: Bangalore HSR Layout

Name of company/service: Pizza Hut

Hi,

This is regarding Pizza hut outlet, HSR Layout, Bangalore. They swipped my card for amount of Rs. 398/- and then told that payment did not go through as there was some technical problem. They asked me to pay by cash. I did so. On reaching home i get payment done report from bank. Now inspite of calling and repeated telling them, they are stating that amount is reversed and my bank account clearly indicates that amount is debitted. Kindly take a note of this.
