I have recivied a call from 8979286005. They said we are from SBI bank had office, Mumbai. They said you have received an SBI credit card, we are offereing you an 8000/- gift voucher, this is verification call. I was trapped for their words and submit my credit card details every thing along with OTP number, they have transferred my amount into their account. As they said that is ID you have to share with us, the amount which they made transfer was 8215/- which is very horrible and not bearable to me and not acceptable. i have made a call again and again they are lifting the call and cut the phone when i spoke them why you have debited the amount from my account. I searched in the truecaller as it shows Name- bank, Location Uttar Pradesh as they said they are from Mumbai. My question was how they trace my contact number and how they came to know that i have received an credit card recently. They are saying my billing address, my name and credit limit and available balance also etc.How can it is possible, it trusts me they are really bank employees and that is the verification call. At last i was cheated by them by debiting my amount of sum 8215/-. can you help regarding this issue to get refund of my amount. Please look in this matter as serious and respond and resolve the issue as soon as possible. If possible help me , otherwise please arrest this type of issues to help others not to suffer like this issues.
