Dear Sir/Madam,
this is to bring to your notice that i took an air conditioner on rent from a local vendor near dwarka for which i paid him a total amount of INR 7500.
The air conditioner was installed 3 weeks back but its not working since then. Inspite of my numerous phone calls to the company, they are not willing to do anything about it. Everytime i call these people they give me some or the other excuse(on another visit, stuck in traffic, today, tomorrow, would be there in a few hours, etc.)but my concern still remains the way it was three weeks back. The only reason they are doing it is because i do not have the physical address or the mailing address of their company as they brought the a.c. with them at the time of installation.

My medical condition is not fit and i’ve been strictly asked by the doctor to stay away from sunlight or warm places but as i stay on the top floor of my building, the temperature is usually around 40 degrees.
It is my humble request to you to look into the matter as soon as possible & do the needful.
If they cannot fix it, i want my money back.
