Money refund for failure of Airtel load Cash(AIRTEL MONEY)

I have tried loaded 1500Rs cash to my Friends mobile number,the transaction was failed but my balance has been deducted from my account…But the money has not yet refunded.. The mobile number for which i have loaded cash is 9741979916,,Amount loaded is 1500Rs.. My Contact number is 07702324123..DOB-26-07-1988(these details are not asked by me during cash loading). Bank Account is ICICI Bank.

    My Airtel Money mobile no. is 9915853231 , I have done load cash of 200 Rs. on 10th.April by SBI Debit card from A.M Website, But till now on 22/4 i havn’t get any amount in my airtel money acc. Even then When i gets the configuration msg. from bank that 200 Rs. is Debited from ur acc.
    Two numbers are mentioned in that msg. TXN.NO. 410079471561
    22311003
    I am totally helpless in this situation, Even when i am working in Airtel Money as an Executive on General Info. Helpline no.(400) Chd.

    Credited amount doesn’t get yet…

    I have tried loaded 480Rs cash to my mobile number,the transaction was failed but my balance has been deducted from my account…But the money has not yet refunded.. The mobile number for which i have loaded cash is 9944029697,,Amount loaded is 480Rs.. My Bank Account is KVB Bank.
    Please help

    My Airtel Money mobile no. is 8527901167 , I have done load cash of 255 Rs. on 4th August 2014 by ICICI credit card from A.M Website, i havn’t get any amount in my airtel money acc. Even then When i gets the transaction msg. from bank that 255Rs. is Debited from ur acc.

    On 5th Nov, I have tried loading cash in the airtel money for the mobile number 9789408750 for amount Rs.500/. Cash deducted from the bank account but after that got the error message saying “Due to system maintenance activity at our end some of the services are not available”.
    Kindly let me know the status of recharge.

    Hi,
    My airtel mobile number is 9789128051.
    On 11th OCtober 2014, I have recharged using the cash present in my airtel money wallet for 125 INR.
    Cash has been deducted from the airtel money wallet and got the message saying the recharge succesful.
    But the amount is not credited to the main balance or the internet pack.
    The transaction ID for the same is 390082802.
    Kindly let me know the status at the earliest.

    airtel money is a very poor service, isme agar money deduction ho jati hai to uska solutions inke pass nahi hota, jisse customers ko problems hoti hai, jo profit ye pure year me customer ko provide karte hain vo ye ek bar ki transaction me rupai na de kar puri kar lete hai, airtel money is a totally fraud company and service is very bad

    I couldnt understand y this is happening to every one even i have got the msg that process failed and money will be credited back in 5 working days but 500 RS were debited and still not yet credited after 5 working days…. i did transaction to load cash in airtel wallet… RS 500…

    So many complaints…

    I too lost Rs 300 on Saturday,6th Feb 2016,
    Transactions successful but no money sent to mobile.. Again did luckily got it next time. First transacted money is not refunded yet.

    I tried recharging my no. With 148rs. Data pack with my airtel app, my money was deducted but my no. Didn’t get recharged.

    Hello , This is Omer Shaikh i have a prepaid airtel a/c under 8625830456 on 14th Dec 2017 i have tried making a recharge of INR294 the recharge failed and balance amount from my bank a/c was deducted i called the customer service for more than 6 times till date but there is no concrete solution all the executives are pathetic with their communication one of the lady representative gave a false commitment stating the money is credited to the banks a/c, which was absolutely rubbish. i was been told to wait until 10 working days . Please value your customers and their hard earned money if you are not capable of your services kindly advise us to switch to another service provider. I am taking this to the next level and escalating it to the consumer court doesn’t matter if it takes ages. I will ensure that i will switch to another network and would advise the same to my known people.

    I have transfer the amount from union bank of India rs.350 to airtel money. but the amount is not credited this I have done for postpaid bill pay. Today is the last date.when I call customer care the told the will return to the the bank after 5 days

    I had recharged my mom’s Airtel prepaid connection on 3rd April 2020 but unfortunately the transaction was unsuccessful and debited Rs 379 from my Icici Credit Card .The amount was not yet refunded to my account.
