I Booked my tickets from Guntur to Srisailam in Andhra Pradesh on April 14 2018 Saturday which costs 861 Rupees. But my transaction was cancelled and also my money also charged for that transaction. I Complained to them for this issue they told me that the money was refunded with in5 to 7 days. After 7 days also they did’nt give any my Refund money to me. I Complained another Time on 8th day which date is 21 April 2018 and then also they said that
“Your Service Ticket ID: 3756589 needs more time for further investigation and we will revert within 6 hour.
We are sorry that it is taking us longer than promised, to resolve your complaint.”
But any action is not taken till this day. I want my money Urgently but they do not process my complaint. So, Please take action as quick as possible.
