On dated 4th July, 2013, I want to withdraw Rs. 2000 form the ATM (Mahindra Kotak bank) by swapping my HDFC Card. but amount of Rs. 200 only came out from the ATM machine and slip also generated of Rs.200 however when I check my account through netbanking, the amount of Rs. 2000 is debited.
after one day waiting, i lock the complain in HDFC call center.
Call Complaint no. 613350
But till date, i am not received my remaining amount of Rs.1800. No Compalin resolved till date.
