    I am using vodafone postpaid connection and its been a worst experience i have faced now. My latest bill payment due is on 5th may 2013 and there is no pending amount in my bill. Vodafone has decided that my credit limit is 2500 from their end and my current bill is Rs. 1440. At the same time they have added my unbilled amount for my current usage which they are suppose to add once their billing cycle will get complete ie – 18-17 of every month.
    My actual amount is getting deducted as per my billing plans and other activated schemes but this happens only once bill is generated after their billing cycle.
    Vodafone has stopped my all outgoing calls, messages and internet by saying that your total outstanding (which is latest bill amount + current usage) is more than credit limit, which is invalid reason.
    My concern is how they can stop my services by adding unbilled amount into my bill before due date of current bill?
    i want to file this case against there monopoly to harass customer like this, please guide me
