Dear Sir,
I booked some order on 1 june 2012 to site seventymm.com for purchase of some dress. vide order no SMA0023258 AND made immediate payment through net banking facility.
Company claims that product will be delivered to customer within 10-15 days but today is 03 July 2012 means more than one month has gone and still this product is not delivered to me.
Whenever I called to customer care thaey always say that your product will be delivered within next 2 day but nothing delivered till date.
Even I raised complaint to CEO also but nothing happened over this.
Kindly help me .
