This is Saroj Kanjilal. I have trading account in sharekhan with Customer ID : 1261734 . I have transferred Rs240000 to my sharekahn trading account. Bank transaction id was 1952542856. But till date neither this amount is not credited to my sharekhan trading account nor it is credited back to my savings account. I have called their customer care number numerous time, emailed to their customer service email id [email protected] several times but with no response. Also sent mail to their complaint cell but no response. It is surprising that they are responding for new account opening cases while chatting with them online but they are not responding to old customer and their cases. I trsnaferred money to purchase IndusInd bank share on 24th March. On that day share price came down to Rs.236 but was unable to purchase it. Today also it came down to Rs.370 but was unable to purchase it. After coming down to Rs.235, highest price wa more than Rs.525 in last week. So, my total loss is around 3 Lacs. Everybody may be working from home and in such case they might have resolved my issue from home. I request in this forum to help me to resolve my issue, credit my money either to sharekhan account or to my bank so that I can trade and compensate my loss of Rs.3 Lacs
