I applied for a vodafone postpaid connection in June 2011.i paid a refundable security of rs.250 for that.But neither have i got a postpaid connection till now nor have they refunded back my security despite my continuously calling them up,emailing them and visiting them.They told me in september last year that they would send me a cheque for the amount in 45-60 days but its been almost nine minths since then and i still havent received any money from them.
