After having many calls and email communication to Timtara team for canceling my order and refund my money back, no one ready to take my request for cancel my Order # 10282194. I have purchase Whirlpool Frost Free 313D ProtonELT FIN Refrigerator – 300 Ltr(W300E)from Timtara.com on 2nd July and raise request for cancel my order on 5th july.
I got a ticket #30454 from there but now after many calls and email no one ready to give my money back. I just want my money back from them and need your help for the same. Please have a look on my case and help me to get back my money. I have to pay my bills of 23500 for this transaction and I am not getting my money back from Timtara Team. There are many people who caught by this particular website who never back customer money. I request you to please provide your advice how can I file a legal complain again this website. I am mentally pressurised these days due to this issue. I have to pay my Cradit Card Bills of Rs. 23500 and I haven’t received the refund yet.
Please provide your expert guidance or if you can take necessary action against them than that will be great.
