Dear Sir,
On 6th June I cancelled a flight ticket ReservationID: 0606120213187VE. I booked it on the same day from easemytrip.com
After several phone calls and mails, they are telling that it is “No Show” (I don’t know what it means) and “Airlines can approve our request or they can reject as well”. I’m not understanding why they are saying so.
I think they don’t want to refund my amount.
