Money not refunded after Cancellation of Insurance policy

Location/place: Kolkata

Name of company/service: Citi Bank

I have opened a salary account with Citi bank.They have offered me a Insurance policy called Citi Suvidha Of Bajaj Allianz.At that time they told,the amount deducted only after we confirm the activation on Call that we supposed to get.But Till now we havwe not received any call.I have already cancelle dthe Policy on 24.05.2012,and they told that amount will be refunded in 25 vdays.But I have not received my money.They have charged me Rs.1500 per month for two months.

    I am employee of Innodata Isogen NOIDA and open my salary account with Citybank Ac No. 5605274228. I want cancel my suvidha insurance but company agent not providing information about my policy no. and bank ask for xerox copy and policy no which i had not received. Please cancel my policy immediately.

    I want to cancel my policy which citibank provided on behalf of Bajaj Allianz(Citibank Suvidha of Bajaj Allianz). Moreover, I do not got any details regarding the policy like policy number etc.
    So please cancel my policy asap. My citibank A/C no. is 5224877813.

    After getting to know and read all complaints related to this scheme I am not willing to be roped into it.
    I was lurred into signing the policy papers along with the bank opening form for CitiBank but I refused to accept the scheme during the verification call..
    Calling the citibank representative he says I will not be forced but he is unable to hand me back the signed policy papers.How should i approach this situation as i dont want to see unnecessary deduction from my bank account?

    Dear sir,
    My Name is Gagan Sharma and I have a salary account in your Citi bank Gurgaon Branch , My A/c is -xyz and I have taken Bajaj Allianz insurance policy on the behalf of Citi bank. My Ins. policy no is : 0300291378 and I am paying 2000 Rs premium for the every month and premium automatic deduct on my salary account , Already I had pay. 02 Premium . My policy start from 28/04/2013. Now I don’t want continue my insurance policy because it’s a long term policy and I am not interested in long term plan and already I had send to you my insurance original document now again I send to you photocopy of insurance document with my sign so I request to say please cancel my ins. policy and in the future 2000 Rs. not deduct on my citi bank salary account and my paying Premium amount should be return.
    Now insurance original paper attached this application.
