Hi i was booking a ticket for bol bhacchan ticket on 12th July, due to technical issues i had got a booking failure and i was not able to book the ticket, the money was charged to my credit card and merchant has claimed the amount to the bank.
My credit card bank STANDARD CHARTED bank is not listening to me.they are telling me to contact PVR CINEMAS, else they will block the card and raise a rebiutal with the PVR cinemas, and they will charge 100RS for new card which will be delivered after 7 working days. I dont this is fair on part of customer to pay for the error which was not his.my transaction id for this is :19510024539
