Money not refunded

Name of company/service: EaseMyTrip.com

On 6th June, 2012 I booked two tickets from EaseMyTrip.com each of Rs. 7306. Due to some personal problem, I cancelled both the tickets within a few hours after booking. But they have not refunded the money yet. I’m providing my tickets details below:
